Description

- Makes 1½ cups
Ingredients
- 60 g (¼ cup) margarine or butter, melted
- ¼ cup flour
- 1½ cups chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground pepper
Directions
- Combine butter and flour, cook for 1 minute on high.
- Stir in stock, worcestershire sauce and pepper.
- Cook for 3 – 4 minutes on high, stirring every minute.
