Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix coffee and boiling water; add milk.
  2. Stir potato starch, sugar and salt in top of double boiler.
  3. Slowly stir in milk mixture; add chocolate.
  4. Place over boiling water; stir until blended (about 4 minutes).
  5. Cover; cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Pour into a serving bowl; cool.
