Directions

  1. All the vegetables are made to thin slices using a vegetable slicer.
  2. Thick curd is mixed with the vegetables.
  3. Salt and red chili powder is added in desired amount.
  4. After mixing well, nuts made into small pieces are added.
  5. Now curdmix is ready.
  6. Serve it with chapatis.
