Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix ½ cup vodka, peppercorns and sugar in small pan. Bring to boil.
  2. Stir until sugar dissolves.
  3. Transfer mixture to clean bottle. Add remaining vodka. Seal.
  4. Shake to blend.
  5. Let stand 4 days to mellow.
  6. Strain. Return vodka to bottle.
  7. Freeze overnight.
  8. Serve in chilled glasses.
