Chess Pie

Ingredients

Procedure

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
  2. Mix sugar, butter, and vinegar in saucepan. Bring to a boil.
  3. Beat eggs in bowl.
  4. Add contents of saucepan to eggs, then add vanilla.
  5. Pour mixture into pie crust.
  6. Cook pie in 375°F (190°C) oven for 35 minutes.
  7. Let cool.
