  1. Cut the meat into 2" pieces.
  2. Put in the saucepan with the salt, cover and cook on the top of the range at medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. At this point you can add the oil.
  4. Meanwhile, peel onion and carrot and chop them finely.
  5. Add to meat and stir.
  6. Slice celery and green pepper, add and stir.
  7. In 5 minutes, add paprika, stir, add water.
  8. Cover and cook ½ hour.
  9. Meanwhile peel potatoes and cut them into cubes.
  10. Add to meat, cook 15 minutes.
  11. Add tomato sauce, cook 5 minutes.
  12. Add parsley.
  13. Switch off the oven, let stay on it for 10 minutes.
  14. Serve.
