Description
Easy and testy! Preparation and cooking time quick - 40 minutes or less. Serve for breakfast or as a snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of kidney beans
- 1 cup of groundnuts
- 1 pinch of salt
Directions
- Boil beans and groundnuts separately until soft enough to eat.
- Mix the beans and groundnuts, and salt to taste.
- Serve for breakfast or as a snack.
