Description
Irish Coffee [1][2] was created in WWII and changed to appeal to American airmen.
Ingredients
- 1½ oz Irish whiskey
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 oz heavy cream
- coffee
Directions
Heat the coffee glass/mug. Pour in the coffee and irish whiskey. Stir in the brown sugar. Pour the cream over the back of a spoon onto the top of the coffee.
