American Potage

1/4 cup oil 1/2 lb. beef chuck, ground 1/4 cup cubed carrot 1 cup diced potatoes 1 can condensed onion soup, undiluted grated Parmesan cheese

About 1/2 hour before dinner, in pan, in oil, brown beef and add carrot, potatoes, soup, 1 soup can water. Simmer covered, 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Top with cheese. Serves 4 Source: My Old Recipes
