Nut Clusters
- 1 Small Box Jell-O chocolate Pudding Mix (not Instant)
- 1 Cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 Cup evaporated milk
- 1 Tbs butter
- 1 Cup Roasted peanuts **
- 1/2 Tsp vanilla
Combine Pudding Mix, sugar, milk, And butter in a Sauce Pan Over aMedium Heat; Bring to a Full Rolling Boil. Boil For 3 Minutes ThenRemove From Heat. Add peanuts And vanilla And Beat Until Cool Enough toHold Shape, 10 - 15 Minutes.
Drop by Spoonfuls Onto Waxed Paper. Allow to Sit While it Hardens.
