Description

Mai Tai [1][2] translated means out of this world was created in Tahiti.

Ingredients

  • one part curacao
  • one part apricot brandy
  • four parts rum
  • juice from half a fresh lime
  • splash of sugar syrup
  • twist of lime peel
  • pineapple chunk
  • maraschino cherry

Directions

Take the first 5 listed ingredients, mix in a cocktail shaker. Pour or strain (optional) drink into glass and garnish (optional) with last 2 ingredients.
