Description
This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Gonzales Estate in Crandall, Texas in 1980. From "Catsrecipes Y-Group"[1]
Ingredients
- 1 package lime gelatin
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- ½ teaspoon lime zest
Directions
- Mix package of gelatin with 1 cup boiling water and stir until dissolved.
- While mixture is cooling slightly put ricotta and lime zest in blender.
- Add dissolved gelatin and blend 2 minutes and pour into serving dishes.
- Refrigerate until set.
