Description

A Catfish recipe.

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a shallow baking pan with olive oil and place the U.S. farm-raised catfish fillets in the pan.
  3. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon each of salt and pepper.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the spinach, feta cheese, oregano, butter, green onions, and remaining salt and pepper until well incorporated.
  5. Top each U.S. farm-raised catfish fillet evenly with an equal amount of the spinach mixture.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve immediately.
