Description

From my Uncle Denny’s collection. He won third place in a Shriner’s cook-off in 1957. I’m scared of pressure cookers so have not tried this, but it does sound good.

Ingredients


Procedures

  1. Heat pressure cooker.
  2. Brown meat, Onion, and green pepper.
  3. Add remaining ingredients, except kidney beans.
  4. Close cover securely.
  5. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe.
  6. Cook 5 minutes with pressure regulator rocking slowly.
  7. Let pressure drop of its own accord.
  8. Stir in kidney beans and heat through
