Description

Great peanut butter icing for a cake. For larger cakes you may want to double up on the ingredients to ensure you have enough to cover the whole cake.

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Add all of the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Whip until smooth.
  3. Spread on cake of your choice immediately after cake bakes.
  4. Preheat oven to broil.
  5. Spread peanut butter mixture evenly over cake.
  6. Put in oven on broil until mixture is golden brown.
  7. Take out and let cool.
  8. Serve once cooled.
