Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Grate potato and onion in a bowl.
  2. Cut bacon crosswise into narrow strips.
  3. Fry to crisp.
  4. Pour fat and bacon over potatoes.
  5. Add hot milk and beaten eggs a little at a time.
  6. Add salt and pepper.
  7. Pour into a greased 12x18 inch pan.
  8. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes, then 375°F for 45 minutes or until top browns
