Fava - broad bean purée
Ingredients
- 2 cups dried fava beans
- 3 cups water
- 3 cloves garlic (mashed)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- ½ cup olive oil
- ½ cup lemon juice
- and parsley to garnish
