Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Prepare vegetables by cutting into large, bite sized pieces and boiling until just tender.
  2. Add peanut (peanut) flour and bring to a boil.
  3. Simmer 10 minutes.
  4. Mash the mixture.
  5. Serve hot in a bowl on its own. (Never eaten with nsima).
