- Makes 2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup cracked ice
- 2 oz white rum
- 2 tbsp coconut cream (below)
- 1 tbsp sugar
Coconut cream
- 2 cups cream, heated
- 1 cup flaked coconut
Procedures
- Mix ingredients in blender and frappe until smooth and foamy.
- Serve with straw.
Coconut cream
- Pour cream over coconut and let stand 30 minutes.
- Strain through fine sieve.
- Chill.
