Description
Makes about 13 cups.
Ingredients
- 1 very large pot, this makes a lot of soup
- 1 small head cabbage
- 1 bunch celery, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 yellow onions, chopped
- 1 package Lipton onion soup mix (very important)
- 2 large cans V-8 vegetable juice
- 2 cans water
- salt and pepper to taste
- Bottled hot sauce to taste
