You can use this as a sauce, or a marinade for either pork or shortribs.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbs toasted sesame seeds
  • 3 tbs minced fresh ginger
  • 2 tbs minced garlic

Procedure

  1. Give everything a big shake in an 8-ounce mason jar until smooth. Refrigerate for up to two weeks.
