Chicken meal-in-One
- 4 1/2 C. Frozen Shredded Hash Brown potatoes
- 2 C. Frozen Cut green beans
- 1 C. Frozen Sliced carrots
- 4 Bone-In Chicken Breasts (6 Oz. Each)
- 10 3/4 Oz. Can Condensed Cream of Chicken or Mushroom Soup, Undiluted
- 3/4 C. water
- 2 Tbsp. Dry onion soup mix
in an Ungreased 13x9x2-Inch Baking Dish, Combine Hash Browns, beans And carrots. Top With Chicken.
Combine Remaining Ingredients; Pour Over Chicken And Vegetables. Cover And Bake at 375 Degree Oven For 50 Minutes. Uncover; Bake 25 to 30 Minutes Longer or Until Chicken Juices Run Clear.
Makes 4 Servings
