Description

A very nice type of Pudding, prepared in canadian style. Requires basic cooking skills and when ready the result will "speak" for itself !

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Sift flour, soda, salt, and spice.
  2. Add molasses and milk ( or water).
  3. Add fruit coated with flour and butter.
  4. Mix well. Steam for 2 ½ hours boiling constantly.
  5. Serve with a sauce.
