Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Make ahead tip: cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.

Notes

  1. "Healthy Recipes for Diabetic Friends Y-Group" http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/Healthy_Recipes_For_Diabetic_Friends/
  2. Tip: to juice a lime: a lime at room temperature gives the most juice (1½-2 tablespoons). Before juicing, roll the lime on the counter, pressing down with your hand. If the recipe calls for both zest and juice, grate the zest before squeezing the juice.
