Description
This recipe was taken from Cathy's Menu and recipes for the week of 2/11/07
Ingredients
- 1 loaf of Italian or French bread
- 1 cup butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp basil
- dash of oregano
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tsp parsley
Procedures
- Turn oven to 350°F.
- Mix all ingredients (except the bread) in a bowl and spread over bread.
- Cook 9 – 11 minutes.
- Remove from oven
- Spread more butter and broil 2 – 5 minutes.
