Description

A tasty and quick recipe...absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Drain black beans and place in a bowl.
  2. Add corn, onions, peppers, and celery.
  3. Whisk together olive oil, lime juice and cilantro.
  4. Pour over salsa and chill.
  5. Serve over red pepper shell with lime wedge.
