Vegetable Party Spread
- 8 Oz. cream cheese, Softened
- 1/3 C. Finely Grated carrot
- 2 Tbsp. Finely Chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. Minced Onion
- 2 Tbsp. Finely Chopped Green bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Finely Chopped cucumber
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 1 T. Mayonnaise
- 1/8 T. salt
- 1/8 T. white pepper
Beat All Ingredients at Medium Speed in Mixer Bowl Until Smooth. Chill, Covered, For 1 Hour. Serve at Room Temperature on bread or Crackers.
