Directions

  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat until hot.
  2. Add garlic, asparagus, mushrooms and pepper; cook and stir 5 to 10 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
  3. Add rice and cheese. Stir until well blended; heat thoroughly.
