Description
Always check the ingredients to make sure the product is vegan.
Ingredients
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
- 1 jalapeno, minced
- 1 meduim cucumber, peeled, seeded and cut into 1/4 inch cubes
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 ripe avocados, cut into 1/4 inch cubes
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix together.
- Season with salt to taste.
