  2. Add the gingerbread spices and cool it by beating.
  3. Add whisked egg and flour mixed with baking powder.
  4. Knead the mixture into solid dough.
  5. Keep it in a cool place.
  6. Roll the dough.
  7. Butter the baking sheet, mould cakes and put them on the sheet.
  8. Bake it in pre-heated oven.
  9. Serving: decorate after cooling if you wish.
