Description
Yellow rice. A traditional South African Cape Malay method to prepare rice. Served with Curries, Bobotie or Bredie (Stew)
Ingredients
Procedures
- Place all and cover with 2cm (1 inch) of water over the top of the rice
- Bring to the boil, then turn down heat to lowest and simmer for 15 – 20 minutes.
