Ingredients
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 can tomatoes (16 oz)
- 1 tbsp Tabasco sauce
- ¼ tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1½ tbsp fiery chili powder
- ½ tbsp ground cumin
- ½ tbsp ground oregano
- ½ tbsp paprika
- ½ tbsp ground cloves
- ½ tbsp ground allspice
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 bay leaf, crushed
- ½ cup dry red wine
- 1 can (29 oz) kidney beans, drained
