Description
Broccoli casserole [1] [2] is a cheezy warm delicious dish.
Ingredients
- 2 10 oz packages frozen chopped broccoli, or 1 pound fresh broccoli florets
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 4 tbsp grated sweet onion
- 10 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated (~2.5 cups)
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs, crushed regular potato chips, or cheese cracker crumbs
Procedures
- Warm oven to 350 degree F.
- Grease a casserole dish with butter.
- Combine broccoli, eggs, mayonnaise, soup, onion and 2 cups grated cheese.
- Include salt & pepper.
- Place evenly into casserole dish.
- Bake for ~30 min.
- Cover the top with cracker crumbs and the remaining cheese.
- Bake to brown the new toppings for ~10 min.
