Description

This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Williams Estate in Tyler, Texas in 1994. From "Catsrecipes Y-Group"[1]

Ingredients

Sweet Sour Sauce

Procedures

  1. Blend all meatball ingredients and form into about 75 small balls.
  2. Brown well in margarine then drain on paper towels.

Sweet Sour Sauce

  1. Make sauce by combining sugar, vinegar, water, paprika and salt and cook for 5minutes then add cornstarch mixed with water and cook until thickened stirring constantly.
  2. Add in meatballs and simmer for 30 minutes.
  3. Serve warm.
