Description

Sweet sticky rice

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Soak rice overnight, drain.
  2. Mix with coconut cream, salt, and sugar and stir until well mixed.
  3. Peel bananas.
  4. Put banana leaves, put mixture of rice on top of leaves.
  5. Put banana of top of rice and roll and fold.
  6. Repeat rolling until mixture is finished.
  7. Cook the rolled bunch in a steamer for 45 minutes.
