Description

- Yield: 72 Servings (6 Dozen)
Ingredients
- ½ cup butter; softened
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- ½ cup nuts; chopped
- ½ tsp almond extract
- confectioners' sugar
Procedures
- Heat oven to 375°F
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Stir in baking mix,nuts and almond extract.
- Shape dough by level teaspoonfuls into balls.
- Place on ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake 10-12 minutes.
- Cool slightly before removing from baking sheet.
- While warm, roll each ball in confectioners' sugar.
- Enjoy.
