Description

In Romanian: Chiftelute de varza.

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Julienne the cabbage, rub some salt into it and scald with water.
  2. Drain well and grind.
  3. Then mix with egg, flour, parsley and dill, salt and pepper.
  4. Make pancakes from the mixture.
  5. Dredge with flour or bread crumbs and fry in hot lard.
