- Makes 1 loaf
Ingredients
- ½ cup margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 3 bananas
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 2 cups flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ cup water
- ¼ cup milk
Procedures
- Cream together butter, sugar, eggs, vinegar and bananas.
- Add dry ingredients alternately with water/milk mixture.
- Bake at 350°F for 45 – 50 minutes.
