This recipe comes from an Estate Sale and were obtained when The Family Collection from The Wetzel Estate in Plano, Texas was purchased in 1982.

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper
  2. Brown well in a skillet then place in a baking dish.
  3. Sauté onions and peppers in margarine
  4. Add garlic, beans, chili sauce, brown sugar and mustard.
  5. Mix well and pour over chops.
  6. Bake at 350 °F for 1 hour.
