Ingredients
- 1 ripe peach, peeled, pitted, sliced
- champagne or dry sparkling wine
Procedures
- Process peach in food processor or blender until very smooth.
- Strain juice, if desired.
- Fill champagne flute ⅓ full of peach juice.
- Top with chilled champagne or dry sparkling wine.
- Stir once, very gently, to combine.
