Description

Olive bread

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Mix the flour with the baking powder and mint.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the onions and olives in it till they are lightly cooked.
  3. Allow them to cool and empty the mix into dough.
  4. Knead well.
  5. Add the evaporated milk and knead again.
  6. Cover and leave for about an hour.
  7. Butter a loaf tin and put the dough in it.
  8. Bake in a medium oven (350°F) for about an hour.
  9. Serve hot or cold.
