Toasted Sweetcorn Salsa

Ingredients


Procedures

Rub corn cobs with olive oil.

Grill for about 8 minutes, turning so they toast evenly.

Cool, then scrape off kernels with a sharp knife.

Mix together with all the other ingredients.
