- 1 can (13.5 ounces) coconut milk
- ¾ cup Sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt

- In a small pot add 6 cups water and bring to a boil. Add tapioca and stir well. Bring to a boil and simmer 8 minutes, stirring occasionally . Let it sit until ready to use, at least 10 minutes.
