Description
'Marshmallow' Pudding - named for its spongy texture; a cross-between steamed pudding and cake. It is rich, delicious and indulgent and part of any gourmet tour of Cape Town.
Ingredients
- 1Eßlöffel Butter
- 3Eßl. Aprikosenmarmelade
- 1 Ei
- 1 Tasse Mehl
- 1 Teel. Backpulver
- ½ Tasse Zucker
- ½Tasse Milch
Directions
- Butter und Zucker cremig ruehren
- Ei und Marmelade untermischen
- Mehl , Backpulver und Milch dazu geben und ein ruehren.
- In eine gefettete Backform geben , mit Alufolie abdecken und bei 180 grad 30 Minuten backen.
- Mit Amarula creme warm servieren
