| Desserts
The sort of hot fudge appropriate for putting on ice cream sundaes.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (120ml) milk
- 1 1/2 cups (350g) sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa
- dash salt
- 3/4 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Procedure
- Mix milk, sugar, cocoa and salt in a saucepan and bring to a full rolling boil.
- Turn off heat and add butter and vanilla.
- Let cool for a couple minutes, until butter is melted, then beat with a spoon and serve.
