Ingredients

Directions

  1. Marinate scallops for 30 minutes in hot peppers, vinegar, salt, oregano, onions and garlic.
  2. Add lime juice, olive oil, ketchup and chow-chow.
  3. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. Serve it.
