Barbecue Hash
From Larry K Hooks
This is a traditional southern style barbecue hash.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 pounds boston butt
- 1 pound of shredded squirrel
- 2 pounds beef
- 1 1/2 pounds pork liver
- 2 large onions
- 1 bottle ketchup
- 1 stick of butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- salt & pepper to taste
PREPARATION
- Boil meat until it falls apart easily.
- Grind meat finely.
- Mix together all ingredients and serve over rice.
