Ingredients
- ½ cup low-calorie French dressing
Avocado French dressing
- 2 tbsp avocado, mashed
Cheese French dressing
- 2 tbsp blue cheese, mashed or 2 tbsp roquefort cheese, mashed
Egg French dressing
- 1 hard-cooked egg yolk crumbled and combined with a dash hot pepper sauce
Lemon French dressing
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Soy sauce French dressing
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Directions
- Start with ½ cup low-calorie French dressing.
- Add the appropriate extras to get the variation you want.
- Allow to mellow for several hours.

- Avocado dressing: 1 fat exchange
- Cheese dressing: ¼ meat exchange
- Egg dressing: 1 meat exchange
- Lemon dressing: free
