Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook bananas in butter and curry over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes in large skillet.
  2. Remove from pan; set aside.
  3. Add pork, onion, salt, ginger and black pepper to skillet; cook until pork is brown and onion is tender crisp, about 15 minutes.
  4. Add tomatoes and broth.
  5. Cover and simmer 30 minutes, or until pork is tender.
  6. Stir in bananas; heat thoroughly.
  7. Serve over fluffy rice.
