Lemon Icing
Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- pinch of salt
- 1½ cups confectioner's sugar
Procedure
- Break the egg yolk into a small bowl.

- Gradually beat in confectioner's sugar.
